Now you can go back to the link in your email and follow that to the document – or you may log in directly at google.com. It is handy to be able to just log in with Google.com to get to the document because you won’t have to keep track of that email with the link in it.

Once you have logged in you will see something that looks like this. Just click on the Docs and Spreadsheets link to be able to open your Action Plan.
