Submitted by Monica on Fri, 04/13/2007 - 03:11.
The Florida Department of Education appreciates your help in providing district-level information regarding your homeless student population. The information you provide will help us understand the needs of your students in order to better serve them.
Instructions for entering data:
- Descriptions of each field are found below the box for data entry. If the size of the print is too small, hold down your 'CTRL' key and hit the '+' key to increase view. Hold the 'CTRL' key and hit the '-' key to reduce the view.
- Fields marked with a red asterisk * are mandatory. You cannot submit your data if any of these fields are left blank.
- Enter data from 2005-2006.
- If you are unable to provide data for a certain field, enter 'NA' in the box.
- If you cannot provide data for your entire district, please explain your sampling in the comments box provided at the bottom of this form. For example, select three schools with large concentrations of homeless students, three schools with medium concentrations, and three schools with small concentrations. It is important that your sampling represent a cross-section of your district (not just schools with high concentrations of homeless students).
