This survey will allow Florida migrant educators to better understand the amount and types of schooling that migrant pre-school children are receiving in Florida.

We would like you to provide a few things below.

1. The name of your district.

2. Your name.

3. Your phone number.

4. Your email address.

5. List 3 pre-school or daycare programs in your district that serve migrant students and the number of migrant students in each one.
